Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that special orders or custom items may require a longer processing time.

We are pleased to offer FREE worldwide shipping on orders over $30. For orders under $30, standard shipping rates will apply at checkout.

Customs Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international shipments. Pick in Live has no control over these charges set by your local customs or delivery services.

Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Currently, we do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Shipping Notification & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notification email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's transit status. You can also check your order status on our website using your Order ID and Email.
